DeWalt D25313K SDS-Plus Drill (2kg)
The D25313K was DeWalt's light three-mode corded SDS-Plus hammer: rotary drilling, hammer drilling and rotation-stop chiselling in a body around the 2kg mark. That low weight made it a favourite for overhead drilling and all-day fixing work, while still carrying enough impact energy for anchor holes and light chasing. It shipped in DeWalt's familiar kitbox with a side handle and depth stop.
DeWalt has since refreshed this class several times, and the current equivalents add better vibration control and improved dust extraction options while keeping the same light, compact format.
What to buy instead today
DeWalt's current 2kg to 3kg corded SDS-Plus machines fill the same role, and its 18v XR cordless models are now light and powerful enough to replace corded tools for many users. See every model on our DeWalt SDS drills page, or compare the whole corded SDS-Plus category.
