sdsdrill.org.uk is an independent UK buying guide for SDS rotary hammer drills. We cover 116 machines across the SDS-Plus, SDS-Max and SDS-Quick systems, from 12 brands including Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, Milwaukee, Festool, Einhell, Draper and Sealey.

Our aim is simple: describe every drill in plain English so that the average tradesperson, or a keen DIYer, can work out in a minute whether a tool suits the job. No marketing waffle, no copied brochure text. Each page lists what the tool is genuinely good at, what is in the box, and the drawbacks the manufacturer would rather not mention.
